Emerge and grow into your life
Have you ever taken a step back and watch yourself emerge and grow into your life?
Sometimes sitting on the sideline of your life and watch yourself do small yet great things can be the thing you need to show you that you are indeed showing up for your life.
So many people talk about setting huge goals, taking bold action and reap the results – myself included. But sometimes taking smaller steps can lead to bigger and greater payouts rather than striving for immediate gratification results. In all honesty, some instant gratification is great but for long-term stability and confidence, no so much.
Take a moment and reflect where you were 5 or even 10 years ago and notice when things change. Sometimes it’s easy to see when the shift happened. It’s like that metaphor of being a caterpillar and emerging into a butterfly. It’s the journey of emerging from the shadows and rising into the light.
Be who you are instead of trying to figure out how you will fit it. Gradually you will find yourself surrounded by people who appreciate and love you and completely accept your quirks.
Observing your transformation from the sideline can sometimes feel like a dream and you wonder when you’ll wake up and be placed into a life that doesn’t feel so pleasant. And yet, on the other side of the journey you get to pat yourself on the back and acknowledge that the work you put in to heal while also creating a life that feels good is starting to pay off.
Acknowledge your success and recognize your strength instead of wondering who the heck you are and wonder if life will ever be different. You are not meant to hide in the shadows – your soul needs to shine and bring light into the world.
And don’t be afraid to share your wisdom with the world because you never know who you may make an impact on. I know that for myself when people share with me that my posts are helpful to them, its just a mere affirmation of me being on track.
This makes the emerging just so much bigger and will slowly give you more confidence.
If you struggle with confidence and you are ready to embrace who you are while ditching the need to fit in, then come hang out with me in The Gathering – the place and space for you to create the change you want in your life so you can emerge and grow into the life you’ve been dreaming about.
