Episode 13: Results don’t come from comfortable conditions

Let’s talk about results that are not being achieved under comfortable conditions. Once I was able to start running again, I created a sort of workout routine that I felt I could reasonably do by just alternating my running and my kettlebell workouts, right. With a day rests in between. So three days of running three days off kettlebell, and then one day off rest. And I am really working on following that structure because I have health goals that I would like to achieve. And so on Saturday, it was supposed to be raining. And I had to think about how I’m going to pull off my run because I also want to do my running in a sort of different distances, right? Three miles, four miles, six miles, that kind of thing. And alternate them because I feel like that is gonna give me the best competition that I am trying to achieve.

Episode 12: Doing things differently

Let’s talk about doing things differently than everybody else. I was listening to a podcast the other day, and one of the messages was that you have to be willing to do things differently if you want to stand out if you want to achieve success. And, you know, I agree, you have to do things differently and make them work for you. And in that process, I decided to do my work differently.

Episode 11: The stories we tell ourselves

It’s another podcast, me walking to my perfectly healthy body, whatever that means. I’m out here walking, which I love to do, I like being on the trails. Once again, I had to start to share with you. I’m talking about the stories that we tell ourselves that have followed us. Since birth, probably right, no matter what your background is, we all have stories, whether they originated from your family, within your culture, what that heritage, or whatever that may be.

Episode 10: Making it all work

So I want to talk about creating the life you want, getting clear on the direction you want to take, and meshing, the multiple passions that you probably have, because you here listening.

I’m a creative, multi-passionate, and in case you’re wondering, I’m out on a hike and had this thought and I wanted to share with you.
