How do you feel about your mornings? Do you love them, or do you feel that there’s a lot of room for improvement?
In the new course, we talk about why the morning hours are the perfect time to get anything important and new done. Keeping that in mind, it’s time to define our perfect morning. This is important because you need an exact goal to aim for going forward.
There are a couple of handy little “time management” strategies you can deploy and I’ll share them within the course. The key will be to implement what you’re learning until you can make it work.
One of my favorite things in the morning is to wake up with coffee in bed and just enjoy the moment. To sip the coffee in solitude and gather my thoughts.
But finding time can be a little bit of a challenge and I’ll share how we can address that and create change. And while I am not a fan of the “I should do this” there are definitely some things that require the element of should if we want to design mornings that support us through the day.
The end goal with this short course is to come up with a new morning routine designed specifically for you. But before that can happen, you’ve got to have a morning game plan. And through the course, you are going to develop a plan that does just that.
Once your game plan is set, its time to implement and know a few tricks to help you stay consistent. Because the reality is that life likes to throw us a curveball and keep us from staying in and strengthening our routine right just as soon as we’ve started to establish it. Don’t let that destroy all your hard work and effort. Once you have these routines and habits firmly established, your new mornings will become much easier and even more productive.
But you can only get access to the course when you join The Gathering where you will get accountability, support, and guidance from me.
