Make your vision a big one!
It may seem overwhelming at first BUT when you create a big goal, break it down into smaller action steps and add a few deadlines.
Let’s say you want to start running a 5k, then you should ease yourself into it.
Begin with walking a mile the first week! The second week increase your pace to jogging and even interval running spurts. Increase your comfort level until you reach the goal mileage. You can add secondary goals such as time and weight loss but really keep track of it and don’t get too frustrated if the weight is not leaving as fast as you would like – it all takes time!
For each goal, list action steps you are willing to take and when you will have them completed. Increase your water intake, reduce soda and fast food. Whatever your goal is, make it work for you!
Take a time out! Relax, take a bath, meditate. Visualize, breathe and connect your mind with your body and slowly see yourself transform.
With any dream and goal – time and patience are crucial – so is envisioning the result.
You will slowly notice your own small personal change of transformation.
