If you’re struggling to find success and realize your dreams, the most likely reason is that you having developed a mindset of success quite yet. If you want to achieve your goals, you must work on your mindset. This is what will set you apart from those who are not actively working on their mindset. You’re the only one that can create change in your life.
Create Successful Habits
Some research indicates that it only takes 21 days to create a habit. And it starts by making small changes in your daily routine. Sit down and create a list of the things that you need to do to accomplish your goals. Every day start taking small steps toward your goals. What would give you the greatest start or best ending to your day?
For me this is going to the gym 3-5 days a week, playing soccer on a regular basis, drinking my coffee in the morning and journal my thoughts, fears and doubts.
Understand Your Why
Changing your mindset takes work because the habits that we’ve formed aren’t easy to break. Understanding you’re ‘why’ is about starting fresh and deciding on a single dream or goal, that when you accomplish it, it will mean a transformational change in your life. It is essential to identify something that can make a significant impact on your life. Once you determine your ‘why’ write down why it really matters to you.
My ‘why’ is simply that I want to have the cake and eat it too. This means I want to travel a lot, go to concerts + festivals a lot and more importantly help + guide people in their journey.
Create a Vision for Your Life
To develop a success mindset, you have to stop looking at your past. To see all the possibilities that lay before you, you have to start looking toward your future. Think about all the possible ways you can live your life. Envision what your perfect life looks like. Having this vision of your future life will help to keep you moving forward during difficult times. Take some time and write out what your perfect day or year would look and feel like. Ditch the realistic aspects for just a moment because they’ll get in your way.
My vision is to create an impact in your life. To give you the tools + resources that will help you take that next step.
Learn from Your Failures
All successful people, who have a growth mindset, are comfortable with failure. They’ve learned to keep going no matter what. When they hit a wall, they don’t make an excuse or give up because they realize that the only thing that is keeping them from reaching their goals is if they give up. Sometimes you need to take a different direction to still achieve the same goal. It’s just a matter of learning from what didn’t work and sort through it.
For me, this was creating The Rebels Den – and yes I could have done it under my own name – but when I had the idea it made way more sense. And it’s made blogging + writing just crazy easy.
Changing your mindset for success doesn’t happen by accident. It is something that you chose every single day. And getting started can be the most challenging thing for you. Because where do you begin?
The moment you choose to work towards something amazing, your mind will start talking to you and it’s up to you on how you are going to respond.
Rebel Kickstart will help you stay motivated, dig deep into who you are and who you want to be, and gives you support + accountability to make it happen.
Just think about what you could achieve in 52 weeks if you had someone that is by your side every step of the way to provide you with the tools, resources + support you need?
