Welcome to February and Black History Month!
I wanted to highlight the appreciation for Black artists in the metal/rock/punk community. We are often overlooked, passed or alienated, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard that’s “white people” music or “your not that black” because of my musical tastes.
Today I give you Tosin Abasi of Animals As Leaders! He’s extremely talented and is one of my favorite artists! Please check out some of his works! I’ve had the pleasure of seeing him live and I was not disappointed!
