The one thing I used to overlook when I first started my business is to have a system in place and having various tools needed to do the things I do was a bit disjointed. Since then, however, I have implemented a system and Dubsado has helped me stay organized. But more than that, I have been able to eliminate a few subscriptions because of the continued addition of features.
One of my money-making activities is being a freelancing virtual assistant. I like quick projects that won’t take up too much time and are definitely short-term – although my clients stay with me long-term. In the years since building my business, I helped out with summits, giveaways, web design and social media management.
In other words, they send me a job that needs to get done, I handle it and voila finished and then I invoice them. But there are a lot of moving parts when it comes to running a business and being the behind-the-scenes person – such as keeping track of all the tasks, knowing how much time you spend on a project, and staying in communication – really helps me stay more organized.
That’s why I jumped on the Dubsado Train and I haven’t regretted it since.
I use Dubsado for when I receive commission for my artwork, coaching clients, and virtual assistant clients. I love that it is as versatile as me and is able to meet the demands of my business.
