For all that is good in this world, don’t hold back your story. I know just how painful telling your story can be because in the process you are going to relive everything you’ve experienced.
But what if I told you that writing your story and publishing it is actually healing you in ways you can’t imagine. But more than that it pushes your comfort zone, it will ask you over and over again, wondering if you’re sure about it.
And then it will ask you how much you care about what other people think about your story. Will they look differently at you? Think differently about you?
Those are all the reasons you’ve been holding back to actually sit down and write your story to share with the world.
But what if I told you that your story can change lives?
Whatever you’ve experienced in this lifetime, someone needs to know that one can overcome the challenges they are facing.
When I wrote Rebel Shine, it was indeed because I had a vision and a message but it wasn’t clear until a reader shared with me that it indeed has made an impact in their lives and that they’ve created the change they’ve been wanting.
When you write your story and share your own personal message, you are in a way giving permission to the readers to give compassion and forgiveness to themselves and in the process heal the open wounds that feel like they don’t want to close.
Don’t hold back your story from this world

Here’s the thing, when I wrote my very first book, people were pissed off. But it was my story to tell – and while there are many sides to each story, they could have written their own book and told their point of view. So if you have any kind of hang up on telling your story, get it out of the way.
So please for all that is good in the world, do not put this off any longer and join me in Leonie’s course 40 Days to a finished book that’s kicking off in September.
