Journal Prompts for the Year – 365 Ideas to write about

Do you keep a journal? Journaling has become such a big part of my life and everyday routine. It wasn’t always this way and I really struggled to commit but at one point I decided I wanted this to change. So I set out to journal every day and just free write every morning. I call this dumping my brain and now I journal throughout the day just about anything that comes to my mind.

I know getting started can be tough because what the heck do you write about right? Allow this journal prompts to guide on your journey. Journaling is useful for gaining insight into yourself, solving issues, gaining clarity and learning to express how you feel.
As you look at each prompt, do allow yourself to write the first thing that comes to mind. Use the prompts in order or jump around.
