Master your Money or it will Master you

I don’t usually talk about money but from personal experiences, I know that that if you don’t master your money, it will master you. And then you keep being in debt, going further in debt and struggle to reach your goals.

No one likes being broke, or pinching pennies paycheck to paycheck – and trying to figure out how the bills are going to get paid.

And I’m going to be transparent with you, I used to overdraft on my bank account ALL THE TIME. And it sucked – pretty sure the bank made millions off of me over the years over my inability to budget my money well.

It’s taken me longer than I’d liked to admit on how to improve my life financially. It’s been painstakingly hard and was filled with a lot of tears – rivers worth.

And I am going to share with you that Ultimate Bundles launched their first Master Your Money Super Bundle earlier this year. It’s a bundle of over 40 financial resources covering many areas of personal finance.

What's inside the Master Your Money Super Bundle

Just looking at this can be overwhelming but you’ll find resources about setting up a budget, starting a side hustle, saving money on groceries, improving your relationship with money.

Improving my relationship with money was a hard look at myself and my story and more importantly what I told myself when it comes to money. And it’s easy for me to see and look at this now in a different way when my father told me he didn’t raise my brother and me because he didn’t want to live on welfare and give up his alcohol. For the longest time I lived with the story of not being worthy of having money. And you may not even recognize the stories.

The resources teach you through tutorials on how to overcome challenges and guide you with their own roadmap. And the cool thing about all of the tools in this bundle come in a variety of ways from video, to ebook and courses.

To break it down even further, the topics in this years bundle:

  • Better Budgeting
  • Defeat Debt
  • Family Finances
  • Increasing Your Income
  • Managing Money
  • Money Mindset
  • Saving Money

And you may think that some of this doesn’t really apply to you – and it may not but I also believe that if you have the resources available to you, you are better prepared to master your money.

For me, money mindset was a key starter in my relationship with money but then I had to learn how to budget and live with what I had before I was able to expand on this. Mastering my own money has allowed me to go to more concerts and shows this year than ever before – which is a huge part of my life goals and pretty important to me.
