I’m curious about how much frustration you experience in your everyday life – especially if you are actively trying to make positive changes in your life.

Only to find yourself spiraling out of control unable to find your footing and then spinning in the proverbial hamster wheel.

There are times I remember living in that constant annoying state of frustration and it felt like no matter what I did, I couldn’t get out of it.

I enrolled in college to earn my master’s degree only to ended up living in a 24/7 medical crisis with my son unable to find any kind of balance.

Or the time I applied for a better paying job only to be either turned down or having to fight for it as my life depended on it.

Or when I started my business and couldn’t get any client traction in order to actually say, yes I am in business and I make money.

Or when I had just enough money coming in only to still pinch pennies.

But through all this, I learned that if I take a time out and reflect where I am, what I am trying to achieve and what I will need to do to get there, it’s empowering.

I am not going to sit here and tell you that I don’t still experience frustration cause that would be silly and inaccurate. But over the years, taking a time out and just reflect on what’s going on in that particular moment, has definitely made an impact.

In fact, it’s in the throes of frustration, I often my best brainstorming and finding new, different or better solutions.

All too often we lose sight of the progress we’ve made already in parts it may be a mindset setback or it’s not really knowing the next step.

I’ve created a new free guide to help you handle any situation. Whether you’re frustrated, feel like out of control or just stuck, this guide will help you take a moment to reflect on a few questions.
